Lucky213 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and lucky213 ("the Platform") regarding your use of the lucky213 website, mobile application and all related services. These Terms apply to all players, regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

Lucky213 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. 2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use lucky213, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and phone number.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on lucky213. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.
• You must not register or play on behalf of another person.
• You must not be self-excluded or voluntarily banned from gaming platforms at the time of registration.

Account Verification (KYC)

Lucky213 may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process applied to protect players and the platform from fraud and misuse. Documents typically requested include a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and may include proof of address or payment method verification.

3. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on lucky213 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible. If the original deposit method cannot be used for withdrawal, lucky213 may request an alternative method verification before processing.

Before your first withdrawal — or for withdrawals above a specified threshold — account verification (KYC) must be completed. This is a one-time process and once completed, future withdrawals of the same method process faster.

Lucky213 aims to process withdrawal requests as quickly as operationally possible. Actual processing times depend on the method selected and any pending verification requirements. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers. During peak periods, processing may take longer than usual.

• Withdrawal requests can be cancelled by the player before they are processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by method.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant bonus before they can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements). The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion. Some offers are restricted to new registrations; others are available to existing players.

6. Betting Rules

Sports betting on lucky213 — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports — is governed by the following general rules alongside any sport-specific rules published on the betting section of the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Lucky213 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except where an obvious error has occurred on the platform's part.
• Lucky213 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or on an event whose outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Lucky213 is not liable for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.
• Maximum bet limits apply on certain markets and events. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before a bet is confirmed.
• Winnings on sports bets are credited to the player's account after the relevant event concludes and results are officially confirmed.

Obvious Errors

• Allowing underage individuals to access or use your account.

Lucky213 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where a breach of Terms is suspected. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld funds will be released promptly.

11. Limitation of Liability
